GK Driving Tuition - Terms & Conditions

General Information

  • GK Driving Tuition provides driving instruction services across [Insert Town/Region] and surrounding areas.

  • These terms apply to all services, including learner lessons, Pass Plus, motorway lessons, refresher lessons, and disability support lessons.

Bookings and Payments

  • All lessons must be booked in advance via phone, email, online form, or approved booking platform.
  • Payments for lessons must be made before or at the time of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods include card payments, bank transfers, or cash in agreement with GK Driving Tuition.
  • Prices are as advertised on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Block bookings are non-refundable once lessons have commenced unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customers must give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or forfeit of the lesson, at the discretion of GK Driving Tuition.
  • In the event of instructor illness or unavoidable circumstances, GK Driving Tuition will provide an alternative lesson or refund.
  • Lessons missed without notification will be treated as completed and payment is non-refundable.

Health, Safety, and Driving Standards

  • Learners must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or medications that may affect driving.
  • All learners must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence for learner lessons.
  • GK Driving Tuition instructors are DVSA-approved and will comply with all UK driving regulations.
  • Learners are required to follow the instructor’s guidance to ensure safety during lessons.
  • GK Driving Tuition is not liable for any injuries or accidents caused by failure to follow instructor guidance or road regulations.

Vehicle Use

  • Lessons may be conducted in GK Driving Tuition vehicles or the learner’s adapted/personal car, as agreed.
  • Learners using their own vehicle must ensure it is roadworthy, insured for learning purposes, and meets UK legal requirements.
  • GK Driving Tuition is not responsible for mechanical failure, damage, or incidents in learner-owned vehicles.

Pass Plus, Refresher, and Motorway Lessons

  • Pass Plus and motorway lessons require learners to have passed the UK driving test.
  • Motorway lessons are only available to qualified drivers.
  • Refresher lessons are available to returning drivers or those seeking confidence rebuilding.

Liability and Limitation

  • GK Driving Tuition provides professional guidance but cannot guarantee pass results.
  • The business is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from learning or driving activities, except where required by UK law.
  • GK Driving Tuition maintains professional insurance and abides by all DVSA and UK safety regulations.

Data Protection and Privacy

  • Personal information is collected in line with the UK GDPR.
  • Data includes name, contact details, driving licence information, and lesson records.
  • Personal data will only be used for lesson scheduling, communications, and legal compliance.
  • Data is not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Complaints and Feedback
